Packaging

Our paintings are securely packed with high-grade, impact-resistant materials, including shock-absorbing protection and reinforced corners, and shipped via trusted international carriers. All orders include shipping insurance. If your artwork arrives damaged, simply send us photos and videos, and we’ll handle the claim and arrange a replacement.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Each piece is thoughtfully crafted by experienced artists, and we aim to deliver high-quality artwork directly to your door at no additional cost.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days after your order is placed. Larger or more complex artwork may require additional production time, and we will notify you by email if extended processing is necessary. During this period, you may contact us to view the creation process of your artwork. We are happy to send photos or videos of your artwork in progress by email. Once your artwork is completed, your order will be shipped. Delivery usually takes an additional 4–8 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

We partner with leading international carriers, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS, as well as trusted local carriers, to select the most suitable delivery service for your destination.

Damages and Insurance

We understand the importance of each piece to our customers, which is why all orders are insured during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in communicating with the logistics and insurance companies to file a claim.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Canvas Mood is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
