Packaging

Order Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 5–10 business days after your order is placed. Larger or more complex artwork may require additional production time, and we will notify you by email if extended processing is necessary. During this period, you may contact us to view the creation process of your artwork. We are happy to send photos or videos of your artwork in progress by email. Once your artwork is completed, your order will be shipped. Delivery usually takes an additional 4–8 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Damages and Insurance

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Returns
We accept return requests within 90 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Custom or Personalized Artwork
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order artwork may not be eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you have any concerns about a custom order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will help resolve the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
All orders are carefully packaged before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@canvasmood.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and help arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Non-Refundable Items
