What an absolutely gorgeous portrait! Asked for a portrait painting of a wonderful cat, Sweet Potato, as a Christmas gift. I expected a wonderful picture-to-painting rendition but could not have expected such an incredible piece. Absolutely great back-and-forth editing when edits were requested to the background. The item most definitely met expectations, and I would recommend for more pet paintings in the future.

Five stars for both the quality of the finished work as well as the customer service! The artist did a wonderful job of bringing my photo to life in the painting. We unfortunately ran into issues related to shipping (the package appeared to have been lost for several weeks after it was shipped and the tracking information wasn't updating). Throughout that process, the customer service team responded quickly to my messages, was communicative about the shipping process, and worked with me to find a good resolution when it seemed as though the painting may have been lost for good (fortunately it did arrive!). I highly recommend purchasing custom paintings from Canvas Mood!
