All orders include shipping insurance. If your artwork arrives damaged, simply send us photos and videos, and we’ll handle the claim and arrange a replacement.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 5–10 business days after your order is placed. Larger or more complex artwork may require additional production time, and we will notify you by email if extended processing is necessary. During this period, you may contact us to view the creation process of your artwork. We are happy to send photos or videos of your artwork in progress by email. Once your artwork is completed, your order will be shipped. Delivery usually takes an additional 4–8 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Damages and Insurance

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Canvas Mood is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns

We accept return requests within 90 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Custom or Personalized Artwork

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order artwork may not be eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you have any concerns about a custom order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will help resolve the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and help arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, final sale items, and custom or personalized artwork are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Painting Care

The best way to clean it is to dust it with a light brush. Do not clean it with a moist rag or any cleaning products. It’s also best not to touch the artwork’s surface with your fingers, as the acid and oils from your fingers greatly affect the longevity of the painting. Textured paintings can be brittle, so be careful not to touch the artwork’s surface or lean anything against it.

When handling the painting, it is best to hold it by the hanger itself or the mounting surface or frame. When moving your paintings around, hold them by their edges & store them vertically against something so that the back of the artwork takes the weight, with the bottom of the artwork rested on a towel or folded sheet to prevent damage or chipping to the mount, frame or painting surface in the event it is an unframed piece.
